We have extensive experience in house clearances for properties of all types including detached, semi-detached, terraced, cottage, bungalow and flats. Along with the property itself, we can also clear your garage and any other outbuildings.

What items can you clear?
When carrying out a house clearances, we can take furniture, electrical items & green waste (organic waste that can be composted)
Although we can take most items, we do need prior notice of items that are required to be cleared in a safe way, classified as hazardous waste. These include fridges, freezers, CRT TVs, fluorescent tubes, oils, paints, car tyres, batteries and Mattresses.
What happens to the items after they are removed?
After we have completed your household clearance, we follow the “3 R’s” of waste management; Reduce, Reuse & Recycle in order to minimise what is sent to landfill.
We assess each item individually to see whether it can be re-used. If it can, it will be donated to charity whereas if this is not the case, we recycle what we can before sending the rest to a landfill.
